Pollino Park | the Loricate Pines and Matera, UNESCO heritage site

Photographic journey

1 to 4 June 2023

The oldest mountains in Italy, the hidden pearls of the south. On their slopes lives the symbol of the Pollino Park, the loricate pine (Pinus heldreichii)
A journey into the wild beauty of the Apennines that will take us over 2000m between the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas to one of the most unspoilt areas in Europe.

A four-day journey through wild landscapes, peaks above 2000m and the oldest trees in Italy. The loricate pine only lives here between Calabria and Basilicata. This trip allows you to visit places that are unique for these latitudes.
